We would like to officially welcome our new Dojo Head – Wesley Dyssel Sensei, he has taken over the dojo from Simone sensei end 2019. Sensei Simone and Sensei Wesley has walked a long path together since they started training together more than 15 years ago. Wesley Sensei started karate at the age of five and was awarded his Sandan (3rd Dan) in 2011 under Mike Dukas Sensei.

The style that we train in is based on the original Shotokan style as taught by the late Masters, Gichin Funakoshi and Massatoshi Nakayama.

Sensei Simone Roig y Collado started in 2015 under Sensei Simone. The club has gone from strength to strength and it is now one of the most successful karate clubs in the Tshwane region.

The club has come a long way from first starting in an old community hall to the present beautiful and fully equipped dojo in Hennopspark. kime KARATE is very active in both national and international karate tournaments. This club has produced champions in world Shotokan events, South African National All Styles Karate events and national Shotokan events.

  Kiddies [Kiddies Age 5 – 7]: 17:00 - 17:30
  Jnr Beginners [White, Pre-yellow, Yellow I & Adults]: 17:30 - 18:00
  Beginners [Yellow II, Orange, Green I & Adults]: 18:00 - 18:45
  Intermediate [Green II – Red III & Adults]: 18:45 - 19:30
  Advanced [Brown, Jnr Black & Black]: 19:30 - 20:15
