About Us

WSKF South Africa was established in 1990 under the leadership of Nigel Jackson Sensei. He subsequently resigned from WSKF Japan in December 2010. In May 2011 during his visit to Japan, Mike Dukas Sensei met Kasuya Sensei and discussed the situation of WSKF Karate in South Africa. Kasuya Sensei subsequently appointed Mike Sensei to the position of Chief Instructor and sole representative for WSKF Karate in South Africa. WSKF South Africa is affiliated with WSKF Japan and all Dojos are given the option of affiliating to KSA South Africa (National All Styles Karate Body of South Africa) read more...
